Ooni Karu 16 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven


Ooni invented the world’s first portable, wood-fired pizza oven way back in 2012. The Ooni Karu 16 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven is the company’s first-ever domestic pizza oven approved by the renowned Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) — the world’s foremost authority on Neapolitan pizza. 

Ooni Karu 16 owners can use wood or charcoal for an authentic wood-fired pizza-making experience, or convert their ovens to gas with the optional Ooni Karu 16 Gas Burner. Thanks to new technology, users can bake 16-inch pizzas with precise temperature control, efficient air flow and incredible heat retention; along with a glass door so you can keep an eye on your bake without losing any heat. After just 15 minutes of preheating, the oven is ready to make pizza, perfectly sear steaks, grill veggies, bake loaves of bread and more.
