Villa Cavalletti is one of the few Tuscolane Villas that has remained intact to this day; 27 hectares of pure beauty, immersed in a centuries-old park and surrounded by an extensive agricultural estate with olive groves and vineyards, sloping down in a surprising terrace overlooking Rome. This is a spiritual place favoured both by Pope Francis and by Pope Benedict XVI, connected to a farm and a vineyard that extends for six hectares.

Since 2014, recovery work has been carried out on the historic Jesuit vineyard, including replanting of carefully selected varieties and clones for this very specific terroir, a site of prehistoric significance.

Villa Cavalletti is also included in the ‘Vulcanica’ project, aimed at the creation of four farms dedicated to the four important lava flows present in the area. The soil is managed in compliance with the organic principles.
