CAMRA: Let's get together

Since 1971, CAMRA’s advocacy for the production, proper dispense and responsible consumption of real ale, cider and perry has been powered by its ever-growing membership base. You’ll find this community of like-minded drinkers dotted around the country at CAMRA beer festivals, social events and training workshops, as well as pubs where quality cask beer is sold. Escape the madness of the Edinburgh Fringe by hopping on a train to Glasgow for the 11th Glasgow Real Ale Festival (G-RAF), running 6-8th of August. Alternatively, if you’ll find yourself further south this summer, check out local offerings at the Worcester Beer, Cider & Perry Festival, taking place on the 13-15th of August, or the East Anglian Beer & Cider Festival in Bury St Edmund’s between 26-31st of August. If you don’t fancy venturing so far from home, it’s almost guaranteed that there’s a CAMRA festival happening near you this summer, so you can enjoy finding all your favourite local brewers under one roof.
