How Much Does It Cost?

£24 for 8 beers or £29 for 10 beers on a monthly plan billed every 28 days.

How Often Do I Get Sent Beers?

You are sent out 8 or 10 delicious craft beers every four weeks. Don't worry, if you run out then you can just text us and we'll send you some more.

How Do I Sign Up?

Whether you have a gift card, voucher or just want to get started with us you can head over to beer52.com

If you don't have any gift cards or vouchers, head over to beer52.com and click on the big green button 'Get Started' to kick off your craft beer journey. On the next page, select your plan and proceed to fill out your details.

If you have a gift card or a voucher, click on 'Have a special code? Click Here!' (Underneath Get Started button) on our home page www.beer52.com.

A pop out will appear, enter your code into the top box and click on 'Claim My Voucher'.

On the next page, you will be shown the discount applied in the top left of your screen.

Now the code has been applied, you can select your plan. All plans are charged for upfront, discount is offered as an incentive for taking a longer plan with us.

Once you've filled out all your details, simply click on 'Confirm' at the bottom of the page.

Your account dashboard will be displayed once you've successfully signed up with us.

When Do I Get Billed?

You can sign up to Beer52 on a monthly plan or for one of our Roadtrip (3, 6 or 12 month) memberships.

The monthly plan is billed every 28 days.

The Roadtrip memberships are paid in advance and at the end of the selected period (3, 6 or 12 months) they will recur at the same price.

What Beers Will I Get?

Our team curates a themed selection of craft beers every month covering a range of different styles. If you are new to the service, your first box will be our welcome box. This includes some of our favourite past features and is a great way for you to try the service out. Simply choose between a light or mixed selection.

What's In The Case?

As well as the delicious beers you get the latest edition of Ferment Magazine, the UKs number one craft beer magazine and one delicious beer snack to enjoy like Sofies Pita Chips. If you stick with us for over 3 months, we'll also send you some gifts as rewards like our cool barblade bottle openers!

What Is The Difference Between A Mixed Or Light Case?

Our mixed cases contain a varied selection of beers from that months theme, including dark beers like stouts and porters.

Light cases remove the dark beers and instead have more of the light varieties like IPA and Pale Ale.

Do I Get An Order Confirmation?

Yes we will email you order confirmation which includes all the details for your order including how much you paid today and when your next box is due.

Do I Get Tracking Updates?

Yes, we keep you updated by email and by text, so you know exactly where you package is all the way to delivery.

Can I Change How Often I Get Deliveries?

Yes, no problem. You are able to skip your next box if you need a break. If you would prefer to be sent beer bi-monthly or quarterly please get in touch with support@beer52.com with your request.

I Want Dark Beers, Can You Help?

If you are looking to join our Beer Club, we have two options available at the moment. You can choose between a light case or mixed case. If we see more demand for a case made up of only dark beers, we'll look at adding this as an option. The mixed case may feature up to 2 dark beers maximum, although this depends on the selection on a particular month.

How It Works

When Does The Beer Arrive?

When you sign up to our beer club, payment is taken immediately and your first order is processed for shipping. You will receive your first case within around 2 - 3 working days, via Royal Mail 48 Tracked service.

How Often Do I Get Sent Beers?

It's one case per month, with billing every 28 days from sign up. You can change this if you wish to be sent more beer or less, simply contact our team by emailing support@beer52.com. We can reduce or increase the frequency as required.

Can I Pick The Beers?

Our beer experts sample hundreds of beers every month in a mission to get the most exciting and diverse range of beers in your case. It's a tough job but somebody's got to do it!

Do I Have To Sign Up?

If you would like to enjoy the benefits of our Beer Club (loyalty rewards, free beers, merchandise and much more!) you must sign up to redeem our services.

You can however order a one-off box from beer52.com/gift and select 'One-Off Case'. Please note, discounts are not applicable on any of our gift products. They are only to be used with our Beer Club subscriptions.

How Fast is Delivery?

At the moment, we use Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery service. This has an average delivery timescale of 2 working days from the item being shipped out, but can take a little longer in some cases so please allow up to 3 working days before getting in touch.

Do You Offer Next Day Delivery?

We don't offer next day delivery at the moment unfortunately. If you need a gift sooner than 2 days and don't have time to wait, you could always purchase one of our Digital Gift Cards which are instantly sent to your chosen recipient as a redeemable code.

Order Tracking

Yes! We'll send you a tracking number via the email your registered with us on sign up, you'll be able to use the link https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item to get the latest update on your delivery.


We are a small company so cannot offer free returns on the boxes of beer due to their heavy weight. If you wish to return items to us you must pay for delivery to us. If you would like to return an item, please contact support@beer52.com and one of our friendly team will advise.

Due to the nature of our products, all cases are non-refundable unless defective in which case we will send a replacement or a full refund.

Can I Have It Delivered To My Office?

Yes you can. A lot of our members have the cases delivered to their place of work, it can make things a little more convenient than arranging a re-delivery with Royal Mail.

Manage Your Beer52 Account

Skip, Pause or Cancel Subscription

You can make changes to your subscription at any time by logging into your Beer52 account.

To skip a box or update your subscription, log into your account at beer52.com

Once you're signed in, click on your 'Nickname' in the top right corner and select 'My Subscription' from the drop down menu.

You'll be able to manage your subscription completely from here. Scroll down the page to be presented with the Skip/Take A Holiday or Change Plan option.

If you would like to skip the next box or pause simply click on Skip or Take A Holiday.

To cancel your subscription entirely, please call 0131 285 2684 and Doug & Kev will help get you sorted right away. We're open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

*Please note that we require 24 hours to process your first order before you'll be able to cancel your account.

Update Card Details

If you need to update your billing information, please do so by logging into your account, click on your "nickname' in the top right, choose 'My Subscription' and then select 'Billing Details'.

Here you can change your card and/or billing address. Just remember to click 'Submit' after entering the new details or changes will not be made.

Update Address Details

Whether you're moving house or want your box sent to your work or friends house etc you can easily update your delivery details by logging into your account beer52.com

Once you're logged in click on your 'Nickname' in the top right corner and select 'My Subscription' from the drop down menu.

By clicking on 'Delivery Address' page on the left you will be able to change or update your delivery address.

Please update your delivery address at least 24 hours before your next payment is due to make sure your delivery is sent to the correct address.

Upgrade To 10 Beers

If you would like to upgrade to get ten beers a month instead of eight, simply log into you account at beer52.com

In the top right corner of the screen, hover over your 'nickname' and a drop down menu will appear. Now select 'My Subscription' from the list.

Scroll down the page and cick on 'Add 2 Extra Beers', if you've used the offer before it will cost £5 extra per month. If you haven't used the offer before, it's free for the first month.

Change My Password

Simply log into your account, go to 'My Subscription' and you can update you password there. Just remember to click 'Update' for changes to apply!

If you've forgotten your password, that's cool too! Just go to beer52.com and go to 'Sign In'. The below pop-up will appear, just click 'Forgot Password' and follow the following prompts to have your password emailed to you.

We think drinking is more fun with friends so we've set up a great referral programme that allows you to invite your friends with a very special introductory offer. If your friend stays with us for a full price case, we'll award you with a free month of beer for every friend who joins as our way of saying thank you.

  • Free cases are only rewarded after the referee's subscription has recurred and paid for a full price case. Full prices cases are £24 for 8 beers, magazine and snack or £29 for 10 beers, magazine and snack.
  • Please note this offer is only available once per household and cannot be used to create multiple accounts.
  • The referrer and the referee must have different billing and shipping addresses.
  • Free cases are not available for gifting subscriptions.
  • You must have an active account to be rewarded any free cases.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will lose any free cases accumulated.
  • Free cases are awarded as a credit on your monthly beer club plan, they cannot be claimed immediately.
  • We reserve the right to cancel rewards at anytime if we suspect misuse of the service.
