For several years, Daniel travelled across the UK, collaborating with friends at some of the nation’s most respected brewing establishments. This period was crucial for honing his unique recipes and building the philosophy that would define Beak: an unwavering focus on exceptional, modern craft beer.
In 2020, this journey found its permanent home in the charming market town of Lewes, East Sussex. Today, Beak operates a state-of-the-art brewery, a popular brewery taproom, and a street-food canteen.
