Born of a deep love of its city, Hyllie Bryggeri is a love letter to Malmö, and a promise to its people to brew beer so brilliant, they can be proud to call the brewery their own. Beginning life in 2015 as a nomad brewery, and eventually finding permanent premises in 2021, Hyllie Bryggeri thinks about beer not just as a drink, but a shared experience that should bring people together in a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
