Fiercely independent brewery at the heart of the Bristol beer scene since pioneering it as Bristol’s only independent brewery in 2004. Based on North St, the cultural hub of South Bristol, in a 200 year-old red brick building with 180 years of brewing heritage, BBF primarily value and strive for balance, consistency, perfection of style and innovation, brewing 40+ beers yearly, building on the legacy of their trailblazing Southville Hop, Independence and Milk Stout (first brewed in 2006).
