Vault City Brewing’s mission to make modern and mixed fermentation beer began in 2018, and ever since it’s been pushing the boundaries of what beer can be and do. Pairing its house culture and mixed fermentation base beer with everything from real fruit ingredients to chocolate cake, play and adventure is front and centre of operations at this Edinburgh-based brewery.
