From its inception, this brewery’s mission has been to introduce macro beer drinkers to artisanal, craft lagers, as well as unique and complex, wild-fermented and barrel aged beers. Now based on Lost Horizon Farm, in the countryside of North Germany, this brewery’s barrel programme is going from strength to strength.
