Clef Brewery
Nestled in the heart of Slovenia’s hop growing country, Clef is a modern brewery built on knowledge it has inherited from generations of local winemakers and hop farmers. Brewing a variety of styles best enjoyed at its on-site taproom — surrounded by fields of hops, and catered for by an incredible in-house restaurant — Clef can also be found pouring at many local concerts and gig venues, thanks to its music-loving director, Matevz Gobec.
