Cold Town Brewery
From very humble beginnings, Cold Town Brewery started out in early 2018 as a microbrewery operating out of an old, empty church on Edinburgh’s historic Grassmarket. Determined to pay tribute to the city's brewing heritage, and have fun while doing it, Cold Town boasts everything from no nonsense, pint-worthy lagers, to Pornstar Martini Ales, for those among us with a sweeter tooth.
