Jim & Dad's Brewing Company
Jim Sung began to dream of opening a brewery while working as an accountant inTaipei. When he wasn’t at work, he was homebrewing, and the idea of making something appealed to him more than doing taxes forever. In 2013, he took a leap of faith and, with the help of his father, opened Jim & Dad’s. Since then the brewery has been producing an eclectic range of beers that imbue modern American styles with a Taiwanese twist.
