Mondo Brewing Company is a Battersea-based brewery and taproom where experimentation and tradition are equally important. Founded in 2014 by two Americans, Todd Matteson and Tom Palmer, Mondo has since bloomed into a brewery that takes inspiration from all over the world — be it the US, UK, Germany, or Japan. Since day one, quality and consistency have been cornerstones of Mondo’s beer, with the team milling its own grain, and constantly investing in ways to remain at the cutting edge of the brewing industry here in the UK.
