Põhjala
Põhjala was founded in 2011 in Tallinn, Estonia as a gypsy brewery by local beer enthusiasts and a Scottish head brewer. Since spring 2014 we’ve been brewing in our own brewery located in the Nõmme district of Tallinn. Inspiration for our beers comes from our heritage, local nature and cuisine. We take well known beer styles and add our own twist with surprising ingredients or long barrel aging.
