Before a drop of beer had ever been brewed, before hazy beer existed, and before craft beer boomed in the United Kingdom, the farm that Polly's Brew Co calls home was a working farmhouse home to the Wheldon family horse, Polly. In 2018, Sean Wheldon converted her old quarters to small brewery, and the rest is history. From humble beginnings, the North Wales-based brewery has ascended to UK craft beer superstardom, winning hearts and minds with the calibre of it's unctuous stouts and modern hop-forward IPAs. We'd advise you run, not walk, when Polly's is on the bar.
