Ruse Brewing

Unphased by the remoteness of the islands it calls home, OY Brewing has been proudly serving the good people of the Faroe Islands at its brewpub in Tórshavn since 2021. With a local population of just 12,000 people, OY recognises the importance of catering to every kind of beer drinker, and so produces well-executed versions of approachable and recognisable styles. Ruse Brewing is an artisanal brewery inspired by Portland’s creative community and culture. Producing small batch, flavourful, and thoughtfully-crafted beers, Ruse works with local artists and musicians to design beers paired with their art for concept events and beer releases. Ruse’s community is a major inspiration for our company vision, and will do what it takes to be involved and support other local businesses and organizations.
