Sovina
Sovina was one of Portugal’s earliest craft breweries, founded in 2011 by architect Jorge Tomé. Drawing inspiration from classic Belgian and German styles, its Amber, Helles and IPA earned its widely-held eputation for finesse and drinkability. Sovina helped pave the way for Portugal’s newer wave, and remains a respected name.
