Hidden Brewery
Founded in 2021 by Tomasz Trzcinski, this one man band of a microbrewery operates out of Seven Star in Penryn, Cornwall, bringing a brewpub element to the pub it calls home. Hidden Brewery beers are sold almost exclusively into Seven Star, but does service a select number of other local venues. Tomasz's close connections with nearby St Ives's brewery, where Hidden Brewery occasionally contract brews, allows it to scale its recipes when needed.
