White Stork Beer Co.
Anchored in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia, and with a bar in Bankso, White Stork started life in 2013 as the collaborative venture of a group of homebrewers, keen to offer Bulgarians a taste of better beer. A long time nomadic brewery, White Stork believes the contract brewing model enables it to make the best quality and variety of beers possible, all of which are unfiltered, unpasteurised and contain only natural products.
