This award-winning, Walthamstow based brewery began as a kitchen table dream in 2012. Friends William Harris and Andrew Birkby joined forces with Head Brewer Jaega Wise (Brewer of the Year, BBC Food Programme Presenter), and since then, the brewery has evolved to produce a range that champions high-quality, seasonal and sustainable ingredients, using the best of modern technology and innovation.
