Under the management of the Swinckels family, Bavaria Brewery has produced beer in accordance with a unique family recipe for seven generations, or since 1719, to be specific. Best known for traditional styles, Bavaria believes pure ingredients are the basis for quality, which is why its beer is brewed using natural mineral water and barley that has been malted in-house.
