Birra Baladin
The Baladin farm brewery was originally created in 1996 as a brewpub in Piozzo, a small village in the Langhe area in the province of Cuneo, by its founder and master brewer Teo Musso. Today Birra Baladin is a farm brewery — meaning that it grows more than 51% of the produce it uses in brewing — and has taken on responsibility for the entire production chain, starting from the earth and farming the land.
