Not a brewery, but a project, BBP isn’t just about trying new tastes, but stepping out of our collective comfort zone to grapple with ideas that are at once practical and radical. From using wasted bread, broken cookies, and backyard apples (donated by Brussels residents) to brew beer, to working hard to track and reduce its footprint, this B-Corp’s reputation for being a trailblazer in craft beer hasn’t stopped it from viewing itself as a work in progress.
