As ground zero of Mexico’s industrial revolution, Santiago de Querétaro is a unique city, with the historic neighbourhood of Hércules being home to one of the first textile factories in Mexico. After lying dormant for many years, the factory was restored and converted into a brewery by two brothers with a big dream and a love of beer. Today, Cervecería Hércules pays tributes to its city’s history with a range of European, Mexican and American styles.
