Launched in 2012 in Sant Llorenç d’Hortons, near Barcelona, Espiga balances technical mastery with creative flair. Co-founders Teresa Galván and Arnau Rovira brought scientific rigour to styles ranging from crowd-pleasing IPAs to complex barrel-aged sours. Regular exports and collabs with international breweries have made it one of the most outward-looking names in Spanish craft.
