German Kraft

An independent ‘craft’ beer brewery based in London but rooted in German tradition, German Kraft champions fresh and authentic German style beers, all brewed and served fresh on site at Elephant & Castle in London. German Kraft was born out of the desire to revive the ceremony that traditionally surrounds beer drinking in Franconia; to create a locally brewed beer, full of character, and which can be drunk fresh from the tank. All beer is unfiltered, unpasteurised, contains no additives or preservatives, and is brewed in accordance with the German purity law from 1516. Using only water, malt, hops and yeast, German Kraft is pushing the boundaries of creating great, flavourful craft beer without fuss.
