Interstellar Brewery

With co-founders from New Zealand and Mexico, Interstellar was destined to be a success story from the outset, and attract drivers who are thrilled by small batch production, and beer that takes the long way around. No time or expense is spared at this tiny operation, where imperial stouts, sours, and hazies are made vegan friendly with just a little extra care and attention. Co-founder Glen Brumby is a lover of lager himself, but he can’t argue with the people, now that they’ve spoken. Based in Toluca, just an hour outside of Mexico City, Interstellar beer can be found anywhere that good beer is sold in the capital, but it’s worth the trip to meet the brewery on its own home turf.
