Kirkstall Brewery
Connecting the traditions of the past and innovations of the present, Kirkstall Brewery set out, in 2011, to continue the legacy of brewing left by the Cistercian monks of Kirkstall Abbey and the Kirkstall Brewery Company of 1833-1983. Kirkstall has grown a great deal since then, and today is a master of brewing traditional styles with modern ingredients. That said, the brewery is as proud of its small, West Yorkshire-based estate of characterful pubs, as the beers themselves.
