Mahanine Brewing Co.
Hailing from Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, Mahanine Brewing Co has been dedicated to mastering the art of fruit-infused beer since 2017. In the brewery’s own words, its aim is to change the mundane world with beer’s boundless flavour. It currently has one brewery in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, and another in Taiyuan, Shanxi. The name comes from the first characters on two plaques fitted to the mountain gate of the Dazhao Temple in Hohhot, each of which represent prudence and purity.
