Modest Beer
Run by husband and wife duo Chris and Lauren Morris, Modest Beer was born in 2019 after a decade of home brewing and waiting for the right time to bring something new to the Northern Irish beer scene. Since then the Bangor-based brewery has earned a name for itself by producing modern styles, and banging the drum for reform to Northern Ireland's restrictive licensing laws.
