The Neon Raptor story began in 2015 as a tiny kitchen-hob experiment involving a stock pot and a garden hose. After winning a major homebrew competition that same year, the founding team - including former postmen Josh and Tom - decided to take their hobby to the professional level. Following a successful period of "cuckoo brewing" across the Midlands, they finally found their permanent home in Nottingham’s Sneinton Market in 2018, where they have since evolved into one of the UK's most beloved independent breweries.
Their brewing philosophy is simple: create the beers they want to drink without limits. This "no-compromise" approach has led to a diverse portfolio that ranges from refreshing session ales to complex, high-ABV imperial stouts.
