Nolia
NOLIA is an alcohol-free brewing project with a single mission: creating an AF beer that looks, smells and tastes like a top-tier IPA. AF beer has come a long way in recent years. We began investing a significant amount of time and money into researching how we could create an AF beer that would live up to the expectations of Beak’s customer base, who place a lot of value on high-grade hop character. The culmination of this was our We Can Be Friends collab, FLWRS, which was released in 2024. NOLIA is everything we loved about FLWRS but with even more body, complexity and hop character. It is, quite simply, everything we’ve dreamt AF beer could be and we’ll be continually improving it!
