Deep in the fruit growing land that punctuates Cambridge, Pastore was born of a father and son’s shared love of spontaneous fermentation. Since 2020 has become one of just a handful of dedicated sour, wild, and mixed fermentation breweries in the UK. Offering a real range of sour beer options, Pastore has something for everyone, be it fruit forward Berliner Weisses, or traditional funky Belgian styles.
