Treating beer as a platform on which to showcase Taiwanese ingredients, Sunmai draws inspiration from all corners of the island it calls home. The use of honey and tea is a trademark of this brewery, both of which bring delicate yet profound character to the beer it brews. Though offering drinkers a range of styles, all beers are brewed with the climate in mind, with lighter styles offering perfect respite from the sweltering Taiwanese summer.
