Since launching in 2015, the mission of Taiwan Head Brewers has been to create brews with depth and identity, and in doing so become a new voice for Asian craft beer. A testament to its success at crafting beers inspired by Taiwanese ingredients and culture has been the scale and speed of the brewery’s evolution from small-batch experimental brewing to operating a full-scale, export-ready facility.
