The Many Worlds
Many Worlds started brewing commercially in 2021, the brainchild of Christopher Hower, former brewer for To Øl at Brus and To Øl City and Mikkeller Baghaven. Born of a desire to push the limits of craft beer, it brews a variety of styles, from hazy double IPAs to barrel aged imperial stouts and mixed culture beer with local flora. The brewery’s desire is to push the limits of flavour, by incorporating the latest scientific brewing knowledge and the best equipment.
