Trig Brewery
Having spent ten years working in and around craft beer, founder and brewer, Patrick Hall, dreamed of one day starting a brewery of his own. In 2023, he decided it was time to either take the plunge or stop talking about it; to cut a long story short, Trig was born. Working on a low-volume nanobrew kit in the suburbs of York, Trig produces small-batch, experimental beers that are full of flavour and don't compromise on quality for the sake of quantity.
