Ailyak
Ailyak (eye-lyak) is a Bulgarian slang word for living in full comfort and ease and "not giving any f*ck". That’s why Joro and Plami, the Ailyak creators, started brewing on their own balcony, brewing the beer they wanted to drink. Every new style features a boy and a girl on its label, drawn each and every time by a different, young Bulgarian artist. 2018 is a big year for Ailyak, as it opens its own brewery later this year.
