Bellfield Brewery
Since August 2016, Edinburgh’s own Bellfield Brewery has been making exceptional beers that everyone can enjoy drinking. When the brewery’s founder Alister Brown was diagnosed with coeliac’s disease, he went online in search of gluten free beers, only to find his options lacking. From then on, Alister embarked on a journey to make uncompromisingly good beer that was safe for coeliacs and would pair well with food. No compromise, just delicious, classic IPAs, hoppy ales and crisp, refreshing and perfectly balanced lagers and pilsners.
