Hopferei
Karin and Ralph Hertrich founded "Hopferei Hertrich" in 2015. Located in the "Franconian Beerland" they make beerstyles offside the German mainstream. Ralph originally was working in the IT- Business, but his passion is brewing beer. He is developing recipes on a small equipment at home, which will be brewed in the “Brauhaus Binkert” nearby Bamberg. Seven German Awards since 2016 show, that they are making fantastic beers on a high level.
