Brouwerij Poesiat & Kater
In 2017 we opened doors to our brewery and proeflokaal located in Amsterdam Oost. Our dream was to bring back and celebrating historic Dutch craft beers and the people who brewed them. Since then we've seen this dream come to a reality with the launch of our historic Van Vollenhoven series, reviving recipes made in the Netherlands at the Brewery De Gekroonde Valk from 1733 to 1945 and with our modern brews that draw inspiration from the old brewery employee's.
