Schrems
In the middle of one of the most beautiful areas of Austria lies Schrems, in the Waldviertel. And this place is home to a small but fine private brewery owned by the Trojan family. Here they combine centuries-old tradition and the use of the most modern technology to brew excellent beer according to an old family recipe. Their family lives for beer, for 5 generations now.
