Love of beer and love of food have always gone hand-in-hand. And why wouldn’t they? Both blend science and technical skill with creativity and self-expression to produce something which rises above the purely functional (meeting our need for sustenance) to become a source of fun, social interaction and physical pleasure. That’s why we’ve created Table, an ongoing brewing project that will explore the relationship between food and beer in all its many forms. To start this journey, we’ve worked with 12 of London’s most interesting, progressive restaurants and chefs to create a selection of exclusive beers.
