Chris and Thomas, both expats, wanted to combine the beer and pub culture of their home countries, the UK and Netherlands, in a venue that would eventually provide them with a route to market for their own beer. Now with two venues in a pair of Hamburg’s best loved neighbourhoods, The Baby Goat’s beer is connecting with drinkers in the way Chris and Thomas couldn’t have anticipated.
