Founder and head brewer Verónica Carrasco is a food science engineer by trade, meaning that if there’s anyone who can squeeze brilliant beer from a still small set-up, it’s her. Championed by her four beloved feline friends, who have become regular celebrities to friends, family and supporters, Verricio’s beer has become appropriately known as ‘la birra del gatito’.
